Shipping policy

After an order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for order verification and processing, with an additional 3-4 days for delivery (excluding weekends and holidays). We strive to ship regular orders out as fast as possible. Please note, once your order is shipped out, we are not held responsible for any delivery delays or issues. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier, they are responsible, and all issues shall be handled with the carrier.
